Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the course promotion and sales
• Meet the sales targets set
• Effective utilization of leads and maintaining a positive and healthy conversion rate
• Exceptional communication and convincing skills
• Excellent problem-solving ability.
• Create a positive brand image and awareness among prospective students, and parents.
• Have a good understanding of the course information and ensure proper handling of all queries of the students by effective Counselling.
• Make the sales pitch according to the customers' behavior and requirements, showing the presence of mind.
• Cold Calling and calling active or old potential contacts to encourage the enrolment of students.
• Noting significant details of every discussion, create leads.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Should be able to communicate fluently in these Languages- English and Hindi,
• Good knowledge of computer, should manage basic excel, maintain records
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota over meetings and via inside sales.
• Should be open to house visits for converting potential leads to admissions.
• Ability to switch communication styles.
• Excellent proposal writing and communication skills. 
• Achieving business targets. 
• Generating business through online bidding

React Native Developer

Department: Mobile App | Number of Positions: 2

FR Web Solution is looking for a React Native developer interested in building performant mobile apps on both the iOS and Android platform. You will be responsible for architecting and building these applications, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure. Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player with a commitment to perfection is required.

• Must have minimum 1 Year experiance
• Must be Graduate or PG from I.T ( B-Tech or MCA ) 
• Firm grasp of the JavaScript {{and TypeScript or ClojureScript}} language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax
• Knowledge of {{functional or object-oriented}} programming
• Ability to write well-documented, clean Javascript code
• Rock solid at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts
• Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle {{Android Studio, IntelliJ}}
• Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage
• Experience with automated testing suites, like {{Jest or Mocha}}
